Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactWhen I saw this piece among the other works waiting for a critique, I just had to see it enlarged. The colors and lighting / contrast simply pull me in.
The concept is very simple, yet very strong and the work is well executed! You've chosen to not enlighten the whole but keep it quite dark. The ususal "love" shots do tend to be white and over the top lighted. Your toning is great, and I would love to know ho you've done that!
The longer I look at this piece, the more it stands out!
I take it you've chosen one white and one lettered bird by purpouse? I'm curious why!
